Student Rental – Upgrades and Maintainence

This well kept student rental lived with a musty cold-room for a few years. Our client decided it should be upgraded into a functioning benefit to the tenants. We restored and removed all organic materials including opening the ventilation and adding new masonry waterproofing paint.
